Contract Renewal

Hi!
I know I've barely been about, although I've still been doing my invi's and tags and spending show money on entrances (note I always have about a 90k buffer in case i have a genius plan I need to execute in a hurry, if you see me with much over 100k then I've died or something)
Anyway, I know I've done no RPs and all that, but I do have a splendid wooden horse and the underbaker is kinda funny, so could I have a contract renewal please?
Same as i already have would be awesome.
